Cancellations
After an order is placed, we do not allow cancellation. If perhaps cancellation is allowed depending on circumstance, there will be a minimum 10% restocking fee, since after an order is placed we begin to process printing labels and start sterilization procedures.
Cancellations after shipment: We do not allow cancellations after an order ships.
Returns
First, we must review the reason for a return and then issue a return authorization. If we do allow your return there will typically be a minimum 10% restocking fee. Wait on return authorization before sending any product(s) back. Returns are only accepted with authorization from Customer Service. Contact us through email at simisorganics@gmail.com for returns.
Processing Times
Currently, we estimate that orders will ship 2-6 days from the order date. If this is subject to change, you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. (Processing times begin 1 hour after your order is placed.)
Package not Received?
If you do not receive your order, you must let us know within 10-12 days after shipment. You agree to give us pertinent, timely, and accurate information so that we may investigate the tracking and delivery of the package and merchandise with USPS. Please wait 5-6 business days after you have been notified that your order has been shipped to contact us. The decision to replace or refund for merchandise not received are entirely at our discretion and determination and will be made after we get timely, accurate information from customers and depending on circumstance, USPS.
Damaged Package or Missing Merchandise
We must be informed of damaged or missing merchandise no later than 24 hours of the delivery. We reserve the right to file a claim for the damaged merchandise before shipping replacement merchandise. You agree to give us accurate and timely information about any damage or missing items. All damage or missing items must be reported to us no later than 24 hours of the delivery of the merchandise. We may ask for pictures and videos of the package(s) and product(s) to get accurate information, and to send along to USPS to file a claim. We reserve the right to determine if a refund or credit is to be made when merchandise is damaged outside of our terms. Customers are subject to pay their own return shipment
